Saturday Morning Kick

Good morning! It's great to wake up to a fresh cup of espresso, from freshly roasted beans (green from the store!) that you get to grind yourself, and it's then you truly appreciate the skill and talent of the barista at your local coffee joint. For those who argue that there are other factors to what makes a good cup of coffee, you simply cannot disagree that the barista plays the most significant part of it!

I had to rate my coffee, as we do with all coffees we consume. Verdict? 2/10. Hahaha... Brazil (Karangapahe Rd, Auckland) baristas... U guys rock! I promise you next time I invite you round I would have improved. :)
