Paris for the Weekend, Part III

This time, went with 2 girls and had the best time ever.

We stayed at Hotel St Honore, otherwise known as Hotel St “Gross”. Location was fantastic, and the rooms looked not too shabby on their website. But of course, if you would pay EUR 75 a night for a hotel room smack in the middle of Paris, one should approach with caution. I’ll spare you the details, just don’t ever go there for accomm.

Moving on to happier thoughts...

Food was again tops, and we had dins at this restaurant called L’Ardoise. On the outside the place looked quite average, but the food was brilliant, from starter to dessert, and I would highly recommend anyone to go there.

Checked out Duc Des Lombards, one of the jazz clubs in town. They got into experimental jazz, which I’m still trying to come to grips with.

On our last night we stumbled across Tratieur Christelle by St Michel, a Vietnamese restaurant. We had pho noodles, one of the best I’ve ever had. Why is Paris so gorgeous?
